Senior Saddlers ( infancy front)

 This program is specifically designed to give seniors 55 plus the unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the horses.  We customize the sessions based on each individual persons goals and physical abilities. Most of the sessions are non- mounted although, we have had seniors that have ridden in their younger years and have wanted to ride again. These seniors are mounted on docile horses and are instructed based on there ability and goals. If riding has always been on your bucket list it is never to late to start!  As long as the participant is in good physical health with no physical limitations, we are able to do a mounted session. 

Apollo Farms Ltd has had groups of seniors visit from nursing homes, residential communities, and organizations. 

This is a great day trip that gets everyone in nature and allows participants to discover our magical world of horses. We are able to accommodate walkers in the barn and participants with physical/mental limitations as there is no riding in these sessions. The horses are kept in the stalls and/or behind perimeters for the safety of all participants. At Apollo Farms Ltd we have handicapped accessible rest rooms, and barn access.
